薄基岩破碎顶板综采工作面对接技术

Technology of Fully Mechanized Working Face Docking with Thin Base Rock Broken Roof

摘要: 赵固一矿11171工作面为避开薄基岩、断层的影响,工作面布置为刀把式工作面,研究了刀把式工作面大、小切眼对接技术,合理确定了液压支架和刮板运输机的对接技术,顺利实现了工作面的精确对接,提高了效率,确保了工作面连续生产,为类似条件的综采面提供了借鉴的价值。

Abstract: Zhaogu No.1 Coal Mine 11171 working face is fully mechanized face with thin base rock broken roof in complicated conditions,there is a fault near the cutting hole. Knife-handle style face was designed to to reduce the impact of the fault, and docking technology was used to carry on continuous safety production and improve production efficiency when the face was without fault impact.In the process of docking face, the equipment selection of the face were determined before and after docking,reasonably determine the hydraulic supports and scraper conveyor docking technology, the smooth realization of face connection for mechanized mining face similar conditions to provide a reference value.
